A free talk is held prior to the start of each programme. This provides an opportunity to better understand the programme and what's involved, to meet the facilitator, and ask any questions you may have.

To enrol, please fill out and post in the registration form, or bring it to the free talk.

At the time of the registration, a $100 deposit is required that goes towards the cost of the programme. This deposit guarantees you a place in the group.
