I tried yoga and didn't like it. Are these groups for me?

Only the 10-week Women's Wellness programme includes 1 session on yoga.

The Freedom from Dieting programme does not include yoga.

Regarding the 10-week programme, there is so much more to the programme than yoga. In fact, you'll learn and experience 6 different methods for producing the "relaxation response" so that you can find the methods that fit best your preferences and lifestyle.
