Three options are available :
Option 1:  if for example you miss a Monday evening session, you can attend a Tuesday afternoon group instead that week.

Option 2: If unable to attend a different session time, many participants find it valuable to book an individual session where they can catch up on the missed activities ($90).

Option 3: Alternatively, a short summary of the topics and recommendations for the week will be emailed to you, and you are free to call Caroline to clarify any questions you may have.
