Mind-Body Wellbeing Mission
To empower you to enhance your physical health and psychological wellbeing. The focus is on developing skills that can be flexibly applied in everyday life, and used to improve health and vitality far beyond completion of the programmes.
To offer small group programmes of outstanding quality, that are motivating, energizing, inspiring and grounded in a practical application of the latest research in the fields of mind-body medicine and lifestyle change.
Mind Body Wellbeing Background
The programmes offered by Mind-Body Wellbeing have been inspired by research at Harvard University in Boston, USA, and by other pioneering researchers in the field of mind-body medicine.
The programme leader, Dr Caroline Horwath PhD (Dept of Community Medicine, Adelaide University), has trained with Harvard researchers in mind-body medicine.
Dr Caroline Horwath's extensive scientific expertise, and depth of experience and understanding of mind-body approaches enable her to facilitate highly effective lifestyle change programmes that integrate the science and art of enhancing wellbeing.
